Vacation

 The school had to send us home early on Sunday since their was a sand storm. The next day the school sent a message to our parents on their mobiles that the spring vacation will start from Monday because of the bad weather. Well it seemed good but we had many tests during this week so everything will be delayed until the week after vacation. I stayed half of the vacation at home studying because of the bad weather. After that I went out with my parents to have lunch. Tomorrow is the first day of school again after the vacation. I'm sure it will be full of exams but Inshaa'Allah it will be fun.

Finally!!

Finally, today was our poetry jam. In the beginning of the day everyone was shocked to find that most of the chairs in the theatre were broken, but Thank God, this problem was solved. After that I knew that my partner (in the same poem) was absent because she is really sick, so I had to do the poem alone. I thought it would be horrible, but Thank God everything was fine. The songs were good as they were planned, the Gambian play was really cool, the poems were good, and the audience liked the show.Today was my best day during this whole year. I wish everyone had fun. Now everything will be back to normal. :D At last, I would like to thank Miss Hada since she knew how to get the best out of us.

Report Cards!!

Yesterday we finally took the report cards, but somehow everyone was shocked. Maybe it's a big jump from being in grade 8 and going to grade 9. I also didn't take it that serious, but now i really should do. I started doing my best in studying and giving everything its time. I even stopped opening Facebook during school days. I hope I will really do a change during this term and getting better grades than the last term in all subjects. I wish everyone the best in studying and having fun. We really should enjoy this year since the coming years are even harder. 

Finally Vacation!!

Yesterday was our last term exam. I'm so happy we finally took the vacation especially that my brother is back home. He's studying at university at Malaysia and now it's his vacation. I had fun during these term exams; it was exciting to stay with my friends after the exams and talk together. We knew a lot of things about each other that we didn't know before. I wish everyone a great vacation, and if you have an exam, then good luck. 

Body Language

I've always wondered whether we can know how people are thinking without talking to them. From about one month I heard about body language, so I decided I should read whats that about. It's so interesting to understand people's mood without even talking to them. By reading body language you can also know whether someone is telling the truth or not. It shows if someone is interested in what you're saying or not. If you are standing with your friends, you can tell if they're happy being with you or they just want to end this conversation. For example if you're standing with people and you find one of them crossing their hand, then they maybe not interested in what you're saying or it's just a habit. On the other hand, if they are interested in what you're saying then their pupil will get larger. I tried many things like this with my friends and it really worked!!
